Message: What Begins the Biblical Life of Faith
Genesis 3:15-12:7
Sermon summary: We are beginning a new series which will consider the life of one man, Abraham, and how God called him to live a Biblical life of faith. Such a “life of faith” has the life of Christ Himself as the power-source, pattern, and purpose. What all did God do before He called Abraham unto Himself. Let us discover what convinces anyone to live a Biblical life of faith.
1. The promises of God. Genesis 3:15; 9:9; 12:7
2. Purpose of grace. Genesis 10:21-11:32; Galatians 3:25-26
3. Person of Jesus Christ. Genesis 12:7; Galatians 3:16
