Message summary: Jesus Christ is defined in the New Testament as the “Chief Shepherd” over His church (1 Peter 2:25; 5:4). Thus, any pastor or leadership within any church are often described as those “under Christ” or “under-shepherds”. If Christians and churches are to attain to greater spiritual health, they need spiritually sound leadership. In today’s message, we consider what spiritually sound under-shepherds look like, and why that matters to you.
