Sermon summary: As we prepare once again to study the book of Revelation, I felt it necessary to remind us why this book of the Bible is important for our lives. Whether you are a follower of Jesus or not, the book of Revelation has something to say to you. Last time we began to consider three urgent reasons to study the book of Revelation (promised blessing, preparation and perseverance in the faith). In this week’s message we will look at three other urgencies for meditating on this final book in God’s book – the Bible.

1. Peaceful comfort. Revelation 1:4-6

2. Praise and worship. Revelation 5:9-14

3. Personal invitation. Revelation 22:6-7, 17-21.
