1. Place your faith in Jesus. Luke 19:1-10

-Calling of Jesus has you to come to Him.

-Command of Jesus is for you to follow Him.

-Converted faith gladly receives Him.

-Changed life wants to please Him.

2. Oppose Jesus. Luke 19:11-27

-Unbelief rejects God

-Unbelief resents God

-Unbelief receives judgment from God

3. Pretended interest in Jesus. Luke 19:28-40

-Purpose of Jesus’ entry

1 Kings 1:33 & Zechariah 9:9

-Perceives better lives, not Jesus

-Perceives benefits, not Jesus

4. Put off placing faith in Jesus. Luke 19:41-44

-“It is not the right time”

-“I have plenty of time”

-“I don’t have the time”
