Does your neighborhood flood with children in the summer?
The week of July 11-13th a mission team from Augusta, GA, will be coming to New Hope to help us conduct BACKYARD BIBLE CLUBS and BLOCK PARTIES in just that type of neighborhood. If you would like to host a club or helpout with the block parties, please contact Mary Hooker at mclaire80@hotmail.com.
AFTER-SCHOOL GOOD NEWS CLUBS We are looking for volunteers to show love and encouragement to children in our After-School Good News Clubs in the fall. We need teachers, helpers, prayer warriors, cookie makers, and people who can cut and paste! We currently have clubs at
North Elementary Wednesdays 3:15-4:30 pm and at
Ohio Elementary Thursdays 3:00-4:30.
We meet eight weeks in the fall between Columbus Day and Christmas and
eight weeks in the spring between Valentine's Day and Easter.
We believe God desires us to expand this work in the Watertown and Indian River school districts with YOUR HELP. Please contact Mary Hooker at mclaire80@hotmail.com.
